Payments by Credit Card

Official Payment Corporation, in cooperation with the City of Prosser, now offers individuals and businesses the oppurtunity to pay your City utility bill by telephone or via the internet using your credit card.

Official Payments Corporation will accept American Express, MasterCard, or Discover. You will be charged a service fee by Official Payment to use the service. Credit card payments will not be accepted at City Hall.

To pay by telephone, call 1-800-272-9829 and follow the voice activated prompts. To pay for Prosser, use the following code, code 5636.

To pay via internet, enter www.officialpayments.com, then click on Prosser. From that point follow the instructions.

Payments paid by credit card will not be posted to your account for up to three business days. If your account is deliquent, please continue to pay by cash or check to insure that your account is credited prior to shut off.
